So, what is Planubo?

What are the key features?
Scheduling – Our focus is to make scheduling lessons as client and instructor-friendly as possible. With just a few clicks, events and recurring events can be set up. You can even set the maximum number of participants to avoid overbooking.
Invoices – With our invoice feature you are able to create professional-looking invoices in no time. The invoices are customizable so you can insert your personal logo or add a custom footer and notes. All invoices will be sequentially numbered to make your life easy and comply with regulations.
Communication – Communication with clients can be done through Planubo by adding custom notes to events or the client’s profile. There won’t be any more confusion whether a lesson takes place or not. In addition, you can easily set the attendance of your clients to keep track of no-shows.
Business insights – Planubo automatically calculates key statistics for you – things like upcoming events, no-shows, and lesson summaries for each client.
