At the end of your free trial period, you will automatically be downgraded to our free plan. If you wish to upgrade to a paid plan, you can do so at any time during and after your trial period by going to your account settings and selecting “upgrade.”

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan by going to your account settings and selecting “upgrade” or “cancel.” If you have questions about this process, we are happy to help at info@planubo.com.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period (monthly or yearly) unless you decide to downgrade your plan before the end of the subscription period.

You can add a client by going to the Clients tab within your account and clicking the “Add new client” button. After you have added your client via their email address, the client will automatically receive an email confirmation and their login credentials.

The traffic on our website is encrypted as well as sensitive data on our servers. All information is stored exclusively in highly secured data centers in Germany. Thus, you are protected by strict German data protection.

You can get paid by your clients by integrating Stripe to your account. The integration is straight-forward and takes only a few clicks. Your clients can pay you using their credit card within Planubo without having a Stripe account. At the moment, Stripe is the only option to receive payments within Planubo.

Yes, it is. Just link the Planubo login page app.planubo.com to your personal website. Your clients will be forwarded to Planubo and will be able to sign in to view your calendar or sign up for lessons.
